Explorer.exe and harmful Webpage or File

I know, I know, yet another problem like this. I did a bit of searching and saw that some people got some problems similar to this, being that it was Explorer.exe being the “causer” of the webshield catching viruses or harmful webpages.

This message has been popping up consistently at a steady, fixed pace for the last hour.

“Avast Web Shield has blocked a harmful webpage or file”

Here’s the offending URL: http://asxdq2saxadsdawdq2sasaddfsdfsf4ssfuck.xyz/index.php
Infection type: URL:MAL
Process: Explorer.exe

This has popped up once every minute or so, but It could be less and the frequency of this thing could just be diluting my already horrible sense of time.

I’ve tried scanning with Trend Micro’s Housecall, Nothing. Avast’s many scans, although the two boot-time scans found corrupted archives, I assume that’s also nothing. I even downloaded Hitman Pro and that has yet to finish, but I assume it’ll find nothing.

Previously I had a Sathurbot Trojan on my computer, but i seem to have SOMEHOW removed it, despite it coming literally back to life after being deleted a few times by Avast. The Boot Time scan seemed to do it, but I think this might be a side-effect of this virus, I’m not totally sure.

I’m not losing my computer an 8th time from viruses. The only thing I did, was I torrented a crappy movie (Although I do feel a bit of copyright-shame for that) but I hadn’t done anything for a very long while and I did scan the files, which were clean according to avast.

I have Avast free, but I had activated the trial before this happened, please help me, I would be very grateful.

Thank you, Pondus.

Below are the attached logs.

I was very surprised to see so many threats on my computer, was just under the nose of most of my AV software.

I want to note that the problem has since vanished, but if there’s anyway I can keep my computer clean and safe for the future, I want to make sure since I might forget should it happen again, I often forget some things.
