those are cookies , harmless in most cases just used for tracking activity

and netscape is working fine I think will use this in future… 
Try Firefox not Netscape.
You will however still have to resolve your problems because you still need IE to connect to windows update for updates (and your system and IE is in need of update).

When you posted that log, am i right in saying you used v1.98.2?, because this is an old version of hijackthis, the newest version is 1.99.0 and you can get it from this link Here (it may find more stuff)
Also haver you tryed updating windows and IE though windows update, as it appears to be out of date. (www.windowsupdate.com)
Also i would suggest giving Firefox browser a try as DavidR suggested, as this browser seems to be more ‘secure’ then the rest.
