Extend trial 30 days for free - failed

Hello

I have Avast Premier offering me a 30-day free extension of SecureLine trial. When I try to take the offer, I am taken to Paypal which then asks me to “add a debit or credit card to complete the purchase”.

The reason I am using Paypal in the first place is that I do not want use any card online. I just top up my Paypal account when needed.

Is there EITHER a way I can get my free trial without any card OR is there a way I can get a paid trial period that I pay through Paypal without using any card?

I dare not buy a year of service outright that I can’t be sure performs well on my machine.

Unsecurely yours, Shamino

Hi, you can test SL for seven days for free. No cards needed.

Thanks for your help. I installed the 7-day trial but got told that my trial is over. Sometime in the past I have used up those seven days. That was when my PC was still not upgraded. I would like to see the performance as it is now. It seems that my choices now are to either buy a whole year of service or buy nothing. If I go ahead and buy this whole year, can I transfer the licence to my other computer if SecureLine fails to perform adequately on my first PC?

If they are the same OS platform (e.g. Windows), yes.

Problem solved!

I found through Google search this website:

http://www.getavast.net/downloads/secureline-vpn

There I was able to click the button with text

“BUY NOW Avast Secureline VPN for 1 Month”

So now I have one months subscription and can
test the product. It cost me 12,39 US dollars.

I hope this helps someone with the same set of
circumstances searching for answer on the forum
in the future.

Thank you Asyn for your help
