How to extend the license for AVAST Free on PC without Internet connection?

You can’t and it is not needed as has been explained in other threads.
avast will register itself automatically now.

In reg info written about 30 days left.
What will happen 30 days later (without internet connect)? AVAST will deactivated! I checked it! After then I entered licence code for free soft (I had the valid activation code that I received by e-mail early) and activation was updated. But after about 30 days with act. will be finish and AVAST will deactivated. How then update ext date?

If it is never connected I would use win defender and MCShield

Depending on the OS, it can be the system still needs to be online for it to work even if you use the offline installer.
