I must say that I am extremely impressed, not only with Avast but with the tech support and the amount of almost immediate help I have received using this forum.
Since taking out Norton and installing avast I can’t help but notice how much more efficient my computer is, especially during start up.
Also while using Norton I never received this kind of help and support!

Support is one of the biggest things if you experience any problem, it doesn’t matter how good they say a product or service is if the support is poor or non-existent.
