Facebook: ERR_SPDY_PROTOCOL_ERROR

I have two laptops, both use Google Chrome, one of them has Kaspersky Internet Security and the other uses Avast Internet Security. From time to time when I use the one with Avast, whenever I visit Facebook, I occasionally get the error stated above in the subject line. I’m starting to think this is something to do with Avast.

Anyone else with the same issue or can provide some insight into this?

I’m thinking of putting https://www.facebook.com into the exclusions area but I don’t feel confident in doing this as there could be something malicious on Facebook and I won’t be protected from this.

The attached file shows a picture of the error.

What OS/SP ?
32 or 64 bit ?
What exact version of avast ?

Win 10 Pro 10586 x64
Avast 11.1.2245
Chrome 47.0.2526.106 x64 with uBlock and Avast Online Security

getting the same anoying error “ERR_SPDY_PROTOCOL_ERROR” after searching and blaming the webside and chrome for the error it turns out avast is to blame , i turn off https active protection and i got no more troubles.

avast version 11.1.2245
google version 47.0.2526.111 m
window 7 ultimate x64

Edit
Error does happen a lot more often, but somehow does not end up here ,see:

Yeah I’ve recently updated Chrome to 47.0.2526.111 m (64-bit). Not had the error message just yet. Just waiting for it to happen, only a matter of time until it does happen. If it does happen again, I will be putting facebook.com into the exclusions area but I might not even bother because I can always use my other laptop.

Thankfully it only happens on facebook.com and not on the majority of websites.

I usually got this error when browsing reddit, but I rarely encounter this now. I got the ajax error on facebook when posting on other peoples walls though.
