Failed to Load Language Dll [0\UILangRes.dll]

Maybe related to the BSOD From this morning (another post), After a clean reboot, Avast won’t load (auto or manually) now, it gives a message box

AvastUI  - Failed to Load Language Dll [0\UILangRes.dll]

The AvastSvc.exe *32 is running though.

Is my opnly option to re-install ?

It won’t be bad an installation from scratch…
Also, from the avast site you can get the uninstaller tool to remove leftovers after the normal uninstallation (Control Panel).
Any other security program that could be interfering? Old antivirus before avast?
