FAILS to detect Usync.Nexage.com MapUser Virus

My Win10 system has the Usync.nexage.com MapUser virus. Avast and MS MSRT do not detect it. The only tool specifically advertised to remove this virus is ‘SpyHunter’. Interesting the broken English of the sites promoting it hint at Chinese origins. I see no means of reporting a virus that Avast does not detect.

Can anybody suggest a means to remove this virus?
