The browser said it needed an update so I updated but the installation just hung at about the 80% mark then stopped. So I uninstalled the program, downloaded it again, noticed it was still saying an update was needed. I’ve tried reinstalling the program several times.

Please go to the Settings menu, then to About page to trigger an update.
