Hi…
Here’s a site that can possibly answer your question in more detail…
http://www.spywarewarrior.com/rogue_anti-spyware.htm
Hope this helps…
Best Regards…
RogueRemover is a utility that can remove various rogue antispyware, antivirus and hard drive cleaning utilities. Rogue applications are applications that rather than remove spyware, provide false positives, distribute malware or spyware, advertise, or provide useless uninstallers. The main point is that rogue applications are useless and eat up system resources.
Pest Patrol is the only one on your list
intermute site is blocked by many block lists
do go to Malware Bytes and run their rogue remover and anti malware
for free anti spyware/ malware programs
general purpose
Spybot Search and Destroy
Super Anti Spy (SAS)
Ad-Aware (mostly anti ad-ware)
A-Squared (trojans)
very few others
watch for false positives on all programs
quarantine do not remove
google any hits
submit to virus total
post back if you find anything
if using IE install SpywareBlaster
Rogue remover didn’t find NoAdware as a rogue product
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NoAdware
Spysubtract I think is now Trend Micro Antispyware
no adware
reasonably worthless IMHO
may not CURRENTLY have spyware in bedded
but read the EULA
check out any marketing
and “Affiliates”
why bother?
