Mismo problema con Google Chrome
En el foro en Inglés han preguntado lo mismo (https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=177571.0).
Según pone @moroni en el post:

We are migrating to another system to handle the support tickets. The new address is not https so please try http://support.avast.com and you should be redirected to the new portal. Cheers!
