I think Tech was asking which program download was avast blocking. But, after looking at the page of the link you supplied, I will guess that there is only one … dc-unlocker.
Hopefully, someone from the awil team will look into this very soon.
By the way, ScanDoo says something a little different from Dr Web. Perhaps it is the bad use such a program could be used for even if that is not your intentions for the program. Maybe this is also why it is being blocked by avast?
Maybe (most probably) a false positive… hope they correct soon.
