False Alarm on Website

Hi all,

i would like to report False Alarm on a website called Möbel-Eins (http://www.moebel-eins.de/)

Since yesterday we got report from customer that anti virus program blocked the website.
I’ve tried several anti virus program and only avast block the site the other don’t block it.
I’ve run server malware search search log and contact the server provider for the last 2 days file changes and found nothing.
i use also 3rd party malware search such as (https://sucuri.net/) and no malware found.

So i think avast make false alarm on this case.

The only thing that maybe make Avast detected as a virus is LiveZilla. we use LiveZilla in the server and based on here-> (https://www.livezilla.net/faq/en/?fid=livezilla-blocked-by-anti-virus-software) avast make false alarm.

Since yesterday i have wrote tickets and no answer yet and the number of customer calling is rising.

Could administrator give me support on this to lift the (http://www.moebel-eins.de/) from black list.

cool, thanks for the answer, didn’t found that page yesterday just normal contact and ticket one. I’ve send them the report i hope it’s fixed ASAP

Problem solved. avast no longer put it on black list.
