I know i have to make an archive-password protected,and send it to…(well i don’t know the E-mail)The problem is i don’t know how to make an archive or password protect it so is there any other solution.The only thing i now is to double click on a file and extract(when working with winrar)
Any other suggestions?Please help!(the other way is to put these files in the exclusion list.)

  • start Winrar
  • select the files
  • choose ‘add’
  • click on the advanched tab
  • click on ‘set password’

Send the files to virus@avast.com
Don’t forget to mention in the mail the password ofcourse :wink:

You could ofcourse have read the help in WinRar :wink:

I believe there’s no need to send these file - they are well known false alarms in Panda AV files.

Well i don’t know why are these files there because i don’t use any other antivirus program.I deleted these files.Everything is OK now.Thank you about the information about the false alarm and making an archive.

Don’t use the Panda on-line virus scanner, that is what places the unencrypted virus signature file on your HDD, that is what avast is finding.

No,i didn’t use any online scanners ::slight_smile: ???

OK, if you check the full path and you should be able to identify the program/download that did bring the Panda Anti-Virus signature files - That is how it would have been on your HDD.

C:\Program Files\ACE Mega CoDecS Pack\ because the anti-virus folder is a sub folder of that pack.

Yes i know this pack.Just don’t understand what is panda doing there.That’s not a problem.Now i now that these files weren’t viruses so problem is solved :smiley: :wink: ;D
