False Alert "This website has been identified as a malware site"

Our website (website link in my profile) is completely safe, but the “Avast Safe Price” browser extension displays a warning:
“This website has been identified as a malware site. Malware infects your computer and can include viruses, worms, spyware and trojan horses. Leave site”

Additionally, if Avast antivirus is installed on a computer, the site does not open at all.

We have already submitted multiple requests through this form: “avast com/report-false-positive#pc” asking to remove our site from the suspicious database, but we have not received any response so far.

Avast Team, please verify that our website is entirely secure and take the necessary steps to ensure that Avast products do not restrict access to it—neither by blocking it nor by displaying a false warning.

Your products are used by millions of people, and all of them are seeing a notification that our website is dangerous, which is completely untrue. In many cases, the site does not load at all!

This issue is severely impacting our business, and we cannot operate properly until this warning is removed. We kindly request that you take action as soon as possible and mark our website as trustworthy.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Have you first checked the url on these https://www.virustotal.com and/or https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/

If confirmed clear, then allow Avast at least 48hrs to investigate your false positive form : Choose Your Sample Submission Type | Avast

Note. I am not an Avast employee, just another user.

Thank you, your suggestion has begun to produce results. Initially VirusTotal showed that 6 antivirus engines thought my site was phishing, it was the previous owner’s problem and I managed to prove that I had nothing to do with it.

I’m trying to clear phishing flags from two more engines and then turn to Avast again.
