False detection of a trojan - what to do ?

Hi,

Avast! reports an incorrect ‘Sign of "Win32:Ranky-FK [Trj]’ in one of my own programs I have just build with Visual .NET 2003.
What can I do except pausing the standard shield when I compile / use this application ?
What should I change in my application so that it is not reported as a Trojan ?
It is an official electronic device reprogramming application used by automotive OEMs, bad luck if is reported as a virus !

Thanks in advance,

Cedric

Could you please pack the misdetected executable into a password protected ZIP or RAR (e.g. using “virus” as password) and send it to virus@avast.com ?
Thanks.

Done; thanks in advance for your analysis (“tele_kw2.zip” is the name of the archive)

It seems that the file didn’t arrive… (yet?)
Could you upload it to ftp://ftp.avast.com/incoming instead, please?
Thanks.

Ok, the file is uploaded, normally.

Regards,

Cedric
