False positive alert

Hi support,

The Avast Mobile detects our android app “Eleven Gusto” as virus/trojan. This is false positive.

Please review and and get it whitelisted.

The https://www.avast.com/en-us/false-positive-file-form.php doesn’t work.
“The form cannot be sent
An internal error occurred while sending the form.
Please try to send the form again later.”

Thank you, but the “Whitelisting Program Registration” form gives the same error:

“The form cannot be sent
An internal error occurred while sending the form.
Please try to send the form again later.”

The false positive announcement has been made. But problem is still there, 2 days have passed. How long should I wait?.

I worked a lot to find the answer. I removed code parts, modules, but no change. At last, I found the solution. One jpeg picture caused the false positive alert. I saved it with another type (png). And - drumbeat - the app is safe…

Thanks for my weekend work and the lost clients.
