Hello, our website gefuehlserben.de is being falsely flagged/blacklisted by Norton/Avast. We have submitted multiple false-positive reports over the past weeks with no response. The site is a clean, professional portal (no malware, no phishing). We have recently upgraded our security configurations (Security Rating: A-, enabled HSTS, Clickjacking protection, MIME sniffing prevention). Could a staff member or moderator please escalate this to the Labs team for a manual review? Thank you!

First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.

Possible False Positive

  • New location to report both a False Positive and or a False Negative (for File or URL)
  • Choose Your Sample Submission Type | Avast
  • You won’t get a direct response but it should be analysed within 48 hours, if found to be false it will be removed. If not it is still considered a good detection.

There are sites that can also check a site link.

That said a current scan by VirusTotal returns 8/92 detecting this as malicious, see link The other two links are looking for vulnerabilities/weaknesses..

The reported domain was checked, and based on the findings, the detection was removed. The website is now marked as clean in the Avast database. This change may take up to 1 hour to take full effect. Please accept my apology for the inconvenience caused.

Hi again @MJay, unfortunately, our domain has been flagged as unsafe by the automated system again, shortly after it was cleared. The site remains completely clean and safe. Could you please check why the system re-flagged it and whitelist it permanently? Thank you so much for your help!
