**Incident Summary:**

  2. **Investigation:** We found a malicious script injected into the site.

  3. **Remediation (Oct 27):** All malicious scripts were removed, files were cleaned, and compromised user permissions were revoked.

  4. **Verification:** The site has been scanned and comes back 100% clean on all third-party checks, including VirusTotal and other blacklists.

  5. **Follow-up (Oct 28):** We submitted the official false positive form but have received no response. The site is secure and free of malware. Please escalate this for a manual re-scan and remove the block.
