I did full scan with Avast Free and Avast found detection in urlQuery - Free online URL scanner.url-INI:Shortcut-inf [Trj] also if you open wxxw.urlquery.net/ Avast detects this as JS:ScriptIP-inf [Trj]. I found this webpage(Url scanning toool) here on Avast forum. False positive detecion than?

That is essentially what a false positive is, a detection (positive) on something not infected.
Though this one is somewhat different as there isn’t a detection as such as the network shield was blocking the site. The network shield has an associated list of what it considers malicious sites.
Where exactly it gathers this information isn’t disclosed (though one area can be the web shield alerts on a site over time), it is possible one of these areas got it wrong and it filters through to the network shield.
