Just got this today. Scanned in virus chest and found nothing.
and you will not since it is a suspicious on access detection only Win32 Evo-gen [susp]
you can report it here https://support.avast.com/
Symantec detected it as WS.Reputation.1
It seems to be part of Foobar 2000
A media player created by someone who used to work at NullSoft (Known for WinAmp and other things).
All 68 varieties of the file were found to be benign: http://systemexplorer.net/file-database/file/foo_wave_seekbar-dll
See: http://www.herdprotect.com/foo_wave_seekbar.dll-4bfb2709fc91a2f9037463470289aa13f81552d7.aspx
One exemption, but probably clean also: http://www.herdprotect.com/foo_wave_seekbar.dll-c5d83d9cf99cc34a9c3076200039cd156c88e661.aspx
AVG detected earlier as BackDoor.Hupigon5.CBRC, but this was found to be a FP.
Also consider: http://www.processadvisory.com/library/foo-wave-seekbar-dll
I would bet on a FP detection.

Yeah it’s a standard Foobar 2000 component, and has not been changed for about 10 months.
If you haven’t done so already, report it to avast (Reply #1)
