Avast Web Shield / Secure Browser is currently blocking the website with an incorrect security classification.
We have submitted the domain through the official false-positive reporting process three times over the past two weeks, but the classification remains unchanged.
GraffitiStreet is an established UK art gallery website. The site contains normal account registration and login functionality for its customers and does not impersonate third-party websites or collect credentials on behalf of another service.
Could someone from Avast Threat Labs please manually review the domain and correct the classification?
Domain: graffitistreet[.]com Detection shown by Avast: Phishing
Give avast at least 2 working days to process. You will not get a reply from Avast, so you will need to check for no further alert again after that.
I read that you have already submitted FP forms to avast, but have not said what malware checks you have done prior to that.
If some malware does exist, then that may be why avast still throw up warnings. I have not accessed your website myself. However, avast do not normally reply to FP reports regardless of outcome.
Note. I am not an Avast Team member, just another user.
We have already completed the recommended security checks previously, including VirusTotal and Sucuri, and no issues were identified.
We have also submitted the Avast false-positive form on three separate occasions. The first submission was made more than two weeks ago, and the classification is still unchanged.
At this stage, we have exhausted the standard reporting process, so we are hoping an Avast team member can manually review the domain and advise on the next step.
The reported domain was checked, and based on the findings, the detection was removed. The website is now marked as clean in the Avast database. This change may take up to 1 hour to take full effect. Please accept my apology for the inconvenience caused.
Thank you for resolving the false positive affecting graffitistreet[.]com
Avast has confirmed that the site is clean and removed the detection.
Could you please remove my support thread from public view? The resolved report is still appearing in AI-generated results and may give people the mistaken impression that the website remains unsafe.
I am Rosh Boroumand, founder of GraffitiStreet and the original poster. To clarify, graffitistreet[.]com was incorrectly flagged by Avast. Our security checks found no issues, and following its own review, Avast confirmed that the website is clean in its database and removed the incorrect warning.
Access through Avast is now working normally, and the matter is resolved. Thank you to everyone who helped.
