False Positive HEXMATE.EXE from Hi_Tech?

Hi,

Today the Avast identify as Win32-Evo-gen the HEXMATE.EXE.
This exe is parte of (picc_9_.83_Pro_16_win.exe), downloaded from www.microchip.com.
I remove soft an re-install it.

During the install, Avast report Win32-Evo-gen again.
I have used this package about 40 days before today.

This is a false positive?
