You are hurting me a lot,
I’m getting e-mails from my clients telling me that I’m dishonest, and my programs have viruses and’m coup. But the truth is that the damn Avast is giving false positive message on my site www.digshop.com.br / downcompletos.htm, for example the link http://www.apostilasobjetiva.com.br/downloads/escrevtjsp2012. exe feet are you crazy? Remove it immediately!
And support this crap, I have spoken via email, I posted on the forum and nothing works!
I have sent this form yesterday and so far nothing Avast give me an answer. I made my investment in advertising and site receives many emails from potential clients uneducated because of Avast, Avast only one who uses this happens. I want to seek justice against Avast, if any defender look interested me. I’m being very prejudiced, as they say something has no virus? I’m passing shame, I’m disgusted.

and if the website was infected and avast did not detect ......what should they do that got infected ?
could you attach a screenshot of the avast warnings here ?
If I disable my antivirus and I download after I enable the antivirus and run the program it does not report any virus in the file.
If I try to access the site without downloading any exe it does not report anything.
But if I download exe that has no virus it crashes the browser.
I rather think that your site is/was being flagged for unknown_html_RFI_shell malware being on there since: 2012-09-05 16:04:31
No AV flags it but avast shield…/usr/bin/lft: remote file inclusion was being performed…
A particular DORK has been used in combination with a vulnerability to perform the RFI shell attack through PHP or perl etc…
or an automated scanner like poni’s was being used to find the holes…
A specific searchquery for the content location against google will indicate the hacker(s)
that your website is vulnerable to RFI shell code attacks. They always will go for the low hanging fruit…
