Considering avast doesn’t detect it either on the VT scan (ensure that VPS is up to date), this is one of the new generic signatures.
I have just downloaded that file and no alerts, by the web or network shields. A ashQuick.exe scan also finds nothing.
Tested again: NetShield detection apperead again.
Can you post the image as I don’t get any alert.
Are you using the avast 8 beta, though that shouldn’t make a difference (I don’t believe) ?
No alert here either. (Beta 1475)
I’ve tried, but I was not that fast… It won’t include more info for the virus analysts to do their job.

No web shield alert here and I too was using firefox. Are you using any weird add-ons or have you recently added a new add-on ?
