False Positive on my 2 Websites - AVAST NOT RESPONDING FOR WEEKS

I have emailed Avast repeatedly over the last few weeks to no avail. 2 of my websites are blacklisted by Avast, leading to a loss of income due to significantly decreased traffic. There is no one to speak with, and I’m just supposed to wait for someone to respond to my emails while I lose money.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Is there a way of resolving this without flying to the Czech Republic and knocking on the company doors?
