I have emailed Avast repeatedly over the last few weeks to no avail. 2 of my websites are blacklisted by Avast, leading to a loss of income due to significantly decreased traffic. There is no one to speak with, and I’m just supposed to wait for someone to respond to my emails while I lose money.
Has anyone else had this issue?
Is there a way of resolving this without flying to the Czech Republic and knocking on the company doors?

which email did you use to contact us? It will be better to use https://support.avast.com/ → Avast Virus Lab.
