Hello, I have a problem that is bothering me a lot. Since yesterday AVAST is accusing my software as a false positive. I already sent an email and got no answer. Many users are experiencing problems with this, please help.
VirusTotal result: https://www.virustotal.com/pt/file/271481b458dc9653fed9a0ecbed203010f6555e26a78082052190b198d4ffb19/analysis/
He points at AVAST OK, but using the software on the desktop it accuses as virus.
The software can be downloaded from: http://launcher.psoul.net/classic/update.zip
Thanks.

Right, Im talking about the software, not the website.
The software was OK until yesterday and our staff doesnt have submited any update. What I can do to solve this issue?
Send the file to virus@avast.com Subject: false positive in a password protected archive (Dont forget to tell them the password)
Or use this form : http://www.avast.com/contact-form.php (Choose report false virus alert in file)

I suggest you also contact TWS.
http://www.tws-enterprise.co.uk/contact.asp
Don’t know if you can submit the file to them, but have a look around at their website.
I am talking about the software too.
Just pointing out that something should be done by your webhost before your entire site gets blocked.

Another thing, I use a shared host with these files. This can be the problem?
