False Positive on php language server (intellisense)

php language server is part of the intellisense addon for VS Code.
Avast blocks it and claims it’s infected with IDP.Generic - but it’s not, it’s just a regular php file, the add-on is well known in the developer community.
I tried to submit it to the false positive form, but I get a message saying I don’t have permission to use the fp form. (?!)
