Yes, that might well be what it is meant to look like, what YoKeny is saying is that another security based IP checking tool is blocking that site (so no image will be displayed).
So it is much the same as the other issue, one of reputation of the site being used for the download.
As far as avast, I am getting nothing

What do you mean the issue is still there ?
The other link that YoKenny mentioned to a site on the IpHosts file blocked list has also been removed (see image). However, that link wasn’t on avast’s malicious sites list so there was no alert on that link.
So they have taken notice of what YoKenny said and removed the suspect site link. Not only that but they seem to have pruned the links to outside site considerably.
