FALSE POSITIVE: simpleforextools.com blocked as "Fake e-store"

Hello Avast Team,

I am requesting a manual review for my website: https://simpleforextools.com

It is currently being blocked as a “Fake e-store,” which is a False Positive. This is a legitimate business website selling Forex trading indicators and tools.

Evidence of Clean Status:

I submitted a False Positive report via the official web form on April 20th, but the site is still blocked for my customers. This is causing significant financial loss and damaging my brand’s reputation.

Could a moderator please look into this and whitelist the domain?

Thank you.

First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.

This VT report if from 16 days ago that said current analysis is 0/91 not 0/94. Not it isn’t wise to post an active link to a suspect site (even given the results). Or it could trigger a hit on the support forum with a 3rd party off site link.

VT results for simpleforextools(.)com

Not sure where you submitted your Possible False Positive - New location to report both a False Positive and or a False Negative (for File or URL)

There are sites that can also check for weaknesses in sites.

I will try to draw some Avast Team attention to your topic.

Thank you so much for the guidance. I really appreciate you taking the time to explain the submission process and for offering to draw the Avast Team’s attention to this topic.

I have already submitted the False Positive report via the link you provided. I’m also running additional checks through the tools you suggested (Sucuri and Internet.nl) to ensure the site’s integrity. Apologies for posting the active link earlier; I definitely didn’t intend to trigger any security flags on the forum.

Thanks again for the help!

You’re welcome.
Hopefully it will get a prompt response.

Ordinarily the link would trigger an alert if someone clicked the link, which someone did the (1) after the link. Curiosity killed the cat

The Web Guard ordinarily would check 3rd party links in websites when they are loaded/triggered.
