I also took a look at the source itself and didn’t see anything that would indicate that there’s malware on the page.

avast does not say there is ....... URL:Mal means URL or IP is blacklisted for whatever reason, there can be many, it does not have to be infected

virustotal does not scan the site for malware, it check URL aginst blacklists

killmalware and Sucuri say clean, and IP seems not Blacklisted
