Hello

I like new version of AVAST(9.0). I used version 8 and had problem with my application. I thought that updating version to 9 will help but it didn’t help.
I have a problem: I try to install actsoft clickonce product but I get avast error that executable file is virus sys-gen susp and file moved to the chest.
I tried to scan file with virustotal and avast manually but it doesn’t find any viruses. I send the file to avast by using avast antivirus(it sends file during update).
Application and all executable files are signed by certificate (from go daddy).
What should I do?

How much time will it take to fix the problem because I sent the file several times couple days ago?

is it still detected?
did you send it from avast chest? … you may try one of the other options listed here

You can upload files and report issues to avast here : http://www.avast.com/contact-form.php (select subject according to Your case)

You can use mail
send to virus@avast.com in a password protected zip file
mail subject: False Positive / undetected sample (select subject according to your case)
zip password: infected

or you can send files from avast chest
