I think i may have experienced a false positive not sure . Avast IS blocked me from initiating a download of APatch at the APatch Website for the latest Live Messenger. So I did not download. I even tried same thing at Softpedia thinking it may have been a fraudulent website before. I tried to download at Softpedia same results Avast blocked me so i did not proceed with the download. I thought better safe then sorry.
I am having similar issues machines with signature 100128-0.
