False Positive

Thanks for a great program!

C:\HP\BIN\EndProcess.exe comes up with a false positive win32:killApp-w during boot scan.

Endprocess.exe is supposed to kill apps… duh.

Btw, I wish Avast would ask during installation if we want pup scan to be active.

only boot scan have PUP on by default.... the boot scan is a specialised scan, that you use when/if the normal scan have problem with removing a infected file....

An anti-virus program can’t determine intent, it can determine what it can do, but not if its purpose is good or evil, hence the PUP classification.
