Today Avast moved this to the virus chest:
tier0_s.dll
It was in the original location
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam
Can I go ahead and restore this from the chest or is it really a virus?

right click the file in chest and scan again… still detected?

when you restore a copy remain in chest…this you can delete when you feel all is ok
