False positive

I seem to have a false positive on a website I created. It seems to be centered on the images directory.
I scanned the local files to be sure, but when I re-uploaded both the images and the index it still gives me a Mal warning.
I even deleted the index and the images(including the directory itself) and emptied the cache. Even then it was saying the files in the image directory were Mal. It seems to vary with each reload, which files are the problem.
What can I do?
I need to give my client an answer.

The server is running RedHat or some variant of Linux.
I’m on XP.
Thanks!

What is the website’s address, give it broken like hxtp or with wXw…
then we can have a look where the problem may reside or whether it is a FP?
