False positive?

Sometimes i get a warning from Avast that this ip address hxxps://54.186.18.125 is blocked.
I run scans with SuperAntiSpyware, Malwarebytes and Avast but nothing was found.
Online scanners detect nothing too.

False positive maybe? :-\

Is this a Popup from Avast!? If so, attach a screenshot, it may be something trying to call home/

I don’t have a screenshot at this moment but the popup says URL:Mal blocked

URL:mal means URL or IP is on a blacklist for whatever reason…

I’m getting this for 5 days already. It pops up quite frequently, since I’m using Firefox and the address is used by Firefox Sync. The address serves a certificate issued to services.mozilla.com, so it looks like an obvious false positive. Although it’s already the 5th day I’m submitting this as a false positive, it’s still blocked.

So it seems like is a fp ::slight_smile:
Hope it gets solved soon

have you reported it? http://www.avast.com/contact-form.php

Warlock allready reported it to Avast. I will wait for some time and if the alert shows up again i will report it myself.
