We received a blacklist notification (attached) for wXw.semenax.com. We reported this last week as a false positive (through https://www.avast.com/false-positive-file-form.php) but have received no response. How can this be addressed?
You would normally get a response in a day or two, so it is strange that you haven’t.
Please modify your link so it isn’t active to avoid accidental exposure as I have done in the quote.

This site is hosted by Amazon AWS on an IP Address that could have other sites also using that IP address (though I don’t know that).
There are also a lot of 3rd party links from that site that could impact semenax.com.
Apart from what DavidR reported, following observations. Wait for a final verdict from avast team.
As avast team members are the only ones to come and unblock, as they flag it through their definitions.

For me while scanning main site domain address it kicks up a 301 error., to redirect at www etc. with a code: 0.
No cloaking found with Google and/or Googlebot, no spammy looking links, etc.
