 False Positives on our android app

Some of our users have posted reviews that our app contains Faketoken-AR. We believe this is a false positive as we have no issues with any other security products except AVAST! In addition, it’s only show alerts on part of devices.

I would appreciate urgent help to understand this issue as this is impacting ratings on our apps and preventing users from downloading. We will appreciate all the help in troubleshooting this at the earliest please.

There was a problem with a VPS update but that has been solved already.
Make sure your users are using the latest version.
