False Positives or Not (Win32:Trogen-gen & others)

I am trying to resolve an issue with Adobe Flash Player working properly with Firefox. All information found thus far on the above trogen is contradictory to say the least. Some sites say it is a false positive, others say it is real.

This trogen was received after scanning incoming email. Quarantined attachment is Label_Parcel_USPS_13_114.exe. Virus Win32:Trogen-gen. As of today, (July 3, 2012) right click and scan details say Win32:Susn-AM [trj]

I also have THREE others in quarantine that I would like to know if they are real or false. They are:
JS:Redirector-SQ (Trj)
JS:Pdfkg-gen [Expl]
JS:Redirector-SQ [Trj]

Would like to get to the bottom of the Flash Player issues before more files end up quarantined. Playing games on FB is near impossible at this time running Adobe newest version 11.3.300.262. Currently uninstalled.

All help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Did you fall vicitim to this? http://tools.cisco.com/security/center/viewThreatOutbreakAlert.x?alertId=25637
Or were you prevented from getting infected? It is a known scam,

Thankfully no. The attachment to the email is held in quarantine in Avast.

Are the above mentioned items true or false positives? If not, what is causing the issues with Flash Player in Mozilla. There is a lot of data on the internet with Adobe, Firefox, IE, Chrome, etc…BUT…unfortunately it seems no one has a concrete answer yet.

Several indicate it is a problem within anti-virus programs stating that the adobe update is also held captivity. I’ve been through the workaround to install the current version but still end up with the crashes, games not playing, system freezing, etc.

Still would like to know if my quarantine files are real or not. If they are false, how do I restore them?

Any further information I can provide is no problem. Just let me know what you need…possibly even how to go about doing so.

Thanks
