All the streams linked at http://tvpc.us/portaldotphp are being blocked by Avast! This is new behavior and I think false positives.

No. As I said the url is where the blocked links are.
Looks like there is work in progress.
tvpc.us/portaldotphp is giving a 404 (no webpage found)
The “dot” in the address I gave is a “.”. If you knew this, then I’ll say that the site is up for me.
