false possitive website

im trying to download this program, before im logged in:
hxxp://es.ntrack[.]com/user-download.php?downloadid=104

but always avast says that is virus

i tested it on virus total, and with the owner without problems

please could you help me ??

Virustotal does not scan websites for infections, it is a blacklist check
