false? trojan alarm: utorrent

my avast 4.8 detects trojan in utorrent

C:\Program Files\uTorrent\uTorrent.exe
Win32:Poison-DU [trj]
Trojan
VPS: 080427-0, 27.04.2008

now i can not realise: is that because of a new global ‘anti-torrent’ avast’ politic,
or, my personnaly client is really infected?
You know, utorrent is not a trojan itself, so please fix false detection, if it is.
Nod32 didnt detect any infection, and I think too - it is not infected.
What shell i do now?

Do a manual update of your VPS, the prblem will go away. Or wait for the next auto update.
