fan runs on high after avast removal

Hello,

I recently installed avast freeware, but when i only had the option of 1,2 or 3 year subscription available to me, i closed out the install & went to control panel & unistalled avast from my pc.

I restarted the pc & all seemed normal, until the pc went to sleep, then the fan would run @ full speed.

I have since shutdown the pc several times & same issue.

i came home from work today & my pc fan was blasting… never had an issue like this until messing with avast.

any advice?

BS, avast free is 1 year and when it ends, it will automatically will be registered for another year. There is no version of avast that has anything to do with your fans. It is the motherboard and the software for it that handles it.
