Federal Computer Crime unit virus

Today I got infected by "federal computer crime unit " virus.
Why Avast doesn’t detect that virus when I do a deep scan?
What is the safest way to get rit of that virus.

I did: start up in the “safe modus” scaned the computer (everything was ok, nothing detected!) and than went back to an earlier startup sequence where I suppose the virus was not yet there.
For the moment it looks like it works again normal.

Would like to have more advice

Follow this guide and attach the logs: http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0
If its not possible to run from normal mode run in safe mode.

It would be interesting to have the actual file which caused this.
It could be sent to Avast virus lab.

Do you have and conclusions about how this could have happened?

Why Avast doesn't detect that virus when I do a deep scan?
no security program have 100% detection, and the badguys release new versions every day

Just an additoon to what Steven Said.

Safe Mode w/ Command Prompt.

Once there type in explorer.exe and that’ll bring up the desktop. From there go into your: File Explorer > Organize > Show Hidden files, Folder and Drives > C:\ > Users > (Account Infected) > Appdata > Roaming >

After that their will probably be a randomly named file, if there isn’t attach a Screen Shot so I can see if I can find it.

I’ll edit this point with the path and command stuff you need to type in.

NORMAL SAFE MODE WILL MOST LIKELY NOT WORK! So the Command I have posted is via Safe Mode w/ Command Prompt. What I’ve said is a back-up plan

With Kaspersky 2014 these Ransomwares would bite on Stone cause it has an automatic Ransomware protection.

Also it would be interesting if you could safe the file to a flashdrive or some other safe place.
Then we could sent it to Avast.

Maybe this is very new malware.
