La fenêtre pop up pour déverrouiller avast password ne s’ouvre plus. Alors que cela a toujours bien marché. Quelqu’un a une idée du problème ?

même problème depuis que j’ai renouvelé mon abonnement…rien trouvé dans les paramètres non plus. Il faut à chaque fois ouvrir avast passwords et remettre le mdp principal. Pénible, c’était pourtant bien pratique !
Une solution quelqu’un ?

Same problem (pop up window does not open any more when password is needed. since I renewed my password licence. Nothing found to change that in settings. I have to open Avast passwords to insert main password. A pain, it used to be so easy !

If I understand correctly when you go to a website the auto-fill does not work? In which browser does this occur? Do you have the Avast Passwords extension enabled in the browser?

Hi, When I go to a website, the autofill does not work unless I go FIRST into Avast general, then I open avast password, and then fill in the general password. Then if I go back to the website, the autofill works properly.

Before, I just had to clic once directly on websites, the pop up asked me to fill in my general password and that was it.

In which browser does this occur? Do you have the Avast Passwords extension enabled in the browser? Please attach a screenshot(s) of what you see (do not include email and password).
