FF - How do I get these settings and prompt back?

Hi web forum friends,

Whenever you log in to this webforum with firefox or flock, a prompt asks me “Do you want firefox to remember this password?”, and then I click no, but after you clicked wrong only once you cannot get back to the original settings, the prompt does not re-appear. Is anyone of you in the know how to come back to the original setting that this prompt is launched again?

Hello polonus Could it be because these are not selected?? with a FF restart Tools/Options/Security

Referring to tednelly’s screenshot, if “Remember passwords for sites” is ticked, a site can be removed from the list of exceptions. Then the prompt will again be launched for that site. (At least, this has worked for me a few times.)
