My Avast recently detected a flase positive on an exe file. After a bit of research I learnt that may users have gottne reports that the exe was reported as a virus (even one of the devs). I decided to report the file, but Avast gives a generic error (Something went wrong. Please try again later.) I tried deleting the file, but after the “deletion”, the file is still in the Virus chest. I “extracted” the file to a difirent folder, deleted it from there and it still appeares in the Virus chest. How can I remove this file from the Virus chest so I can access the game?
Update: I checked the Virus chest in the disk and the only file there was index for the encoded files in the folder. There aren’t any other files. This persists even after a restart.
