Why is it so hard to submit a file to the lab ?
The information asked for, isn’t always available. Hence, no submission.
Why can’t Avast capture that information without any input from the user?
If you need the users Email address and additional information (if available), that’s not a problem but,
The Program Publisher and version information in most cases can’t be obtained.
